SOCIALBOOSTS.NL REFUND POLICY

We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for. No refunds on completed orders.

We DO NOT Refund after depositing funds. Any deposit is final and cannot be returned.

We WILL Refund if a deposit is made on accident with payment providers who accept refunds. These refunds must be within 14 days. When refunding, you must have the FULL balance on your account; otherwise, this deposit is FINAL and won’t be returned.

We DO Refund on canceled orders. It is automatic, and funds will be returned to your account balance.

Private accounts will not get a refund! Please ensure that your account is public before ordering. If the account is private, most of the time, your order will be marked as completed.

Fraud

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions. SocialBoosts reserves the right to terminate your account and all future orders and enforce a lifetime ban from our site. We also reserve the right to remove any followers or likes we delivered to you or your client’s Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts. There are no exceptions. By making an account, we believe you have read our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Chargebacks

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit is made, SocialBoosts has the right to terminate your account, cancel all future orders, and enforce a lifetime ban from our website. We also reserve the right to remove any followers or likes we delivered to your Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts.

Orders

Orders placed on the SocialBoosts website can sometimes not be canceled or refunded after they are placed. If you made a mistake, you can always try contacting us via Discord or tickets. We will respond as soon as we can and try to cancel your order. You will only receive a refund credit to your SocialBoosts account if the order is non-deliverable, partial, refunded, or canceled. DO NOT change usernames, as your link will be changed, and refills and processing orders will not continue, and no refund will be given.

Misplaced or Private Accounts

Please make sure your account is not set to private before ordering. Private accounts will not be able to receive likes, followers, etc. If you order a refill service, please open your account to receive refills. If you order likes on Instagram (example), make sure your like count is not set to private because we would not know how many likes you had at the beginning.

We are not held responsible for username changes. Any drops (even refill services) are your own fault. We cannot check when or to what you change your username.

Multiple Services

Please do not order multiple services at the same time. For example, two different services of Instagram likes on the same link. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes count in that case. We will not refund for these orders.
